It is produced in our own olive oil mill and is selected by our team. There have been years of experience in olive oil tasting, in cooperation with certified organolepthic laboratories and Universities.
“Oliorama” expresses green and mature fragrances.
Herbs, tomato, artichoke, green grass are the green notes on the nose while mature aromas such as spices, nuts, almonds and ripe fruits appear in the mouth.
The strong taste of pepper confirms that Oliorama is an excellent extra virgin olive oil from Olympia. Suggested to be used raw.
