“Oliorama” endeavours to fully inform its users/members (hereinafter “customers”, “you”) about its products, while it also offers them the opportunity to buy those products via its e-shop, by means of a distance sale agreement, governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer’s Protection. The present terms fully comply with the current European and Greek legislation, while the company always has the right to unilaterally modify them. For this reason, the customer must check them periodically, while he/she is the only responsible for the use of the current website.
The customers of this website acknowledge that they have fully read the present terms and agree and comply with them. In case of disagreement with the present terms, the customer shall abstain from the use of the current website and any transaction with us. Any customer who uses our website, subscribes and submits an order is implied that he/she has accepted the present terms and concludes a sale agreement with us. Intellectual Property Rights

The sale agreement is binding upon the parties and their respective successors. The customer cannot assign the agreement in whole or in part, while “Oliorama” may assign or subcontract the sale agreement or any other right to third parties at any time.
In case “Oliorama” fails to perform or delays its duties under the agreement for reasons outside its control, including but not limited to acts of government, fire, explosions, natural disasters, it shall not be deemed as a breach of the sale agreement. On the contrary, it will be deemed as a suspension of the agreement for the period the event outside its control continues.
In case a specific provision of the sale agreement is held unenforceable or contrary to any other regulation of any jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be replaced with another one that accomplishes the original business purpose of such provision. The remaining provisions of the agreement shall be deemed binding upon the parties.
The use of the website as well as the sale agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the Greek legislation. All disputes arising out of the use of the current website or the sale agreement, shall be submitted to the Courts of Athens.
