The present terms fully comply with the current European and Greek legislation, while the company always has the right to unilaterally modify them. For this reason, the customer must check them periodically, while he/she is the only responsible for the use of the current website.

In case “Oliorama” fails to perform or delays its duties under the agreement for reasons outside its control, including but not limited to acts of government, fire, explosions, natural disasters, it shall not be deemed as a breach of the sale agreement. On the contrary, it will be deemed as a suspension of the agreement for the period the event outside its control continues.

In case a specific provision of the sale agreement is held unenforceable or contrary to any other regulation of any jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be replaced with another one that accomplishes the original business purpose of such provision. The remaining provisions of the agreement shall be deemed binding upon the parties.

The use of the website as well as the sale agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the Greek legislation. All disputes arising out of the use of the current website or the sale agreement, shall be submitted to the Courts of Athens.
