Is believed to be diuretic, help memory, relieve stomach and intestinal problems and intense perspiration.
It is used to season dishes based mainly on dark meat like pork, venison, beef and sausages but one may also use it on pies, soups, poultry, fish and pasta.

Our evoo is early harvested which allows to seal all the aromas and qualities of the fresh fruit.
Olive oil with freshness of herbs, green grass, olive leaves, tomato and artichoke on the nose.
Mature fragrances such as spices, nuts, almonds and ripe fruits appear in the mouth.
Potent notes of pepper and spices continue in the throat leaving us with a persistent spicy feeling and a strong taste of pepper in the end.

Organic sage

It may be combined magnificently with rosemary and may add a different aroma to olive oil and vinegar.
Finally sage can be used to make excellent beverages especially when combined with lemon balm, mint or fruits.

Traditionally sage is used as a tea to fight the common cold since it has disinfectant and expectorant properties. Said properties make it useful against mouth infections and injuries, such as oral thrushes, pharyngitis and gingivitis, especially when used as a gargle in combination with apple cider vinegar.
