There have been years of experience in olive oil tasting, in cooperation with certified organolepthic laboratories and Universities. Oliorama expresses green and mature fragrances. Herbs, tomato, artichoke, green grass are the green notes on the nose while mature aromas such as spices, nuts, almonds and ripe fruits appear in the mouth.
