Organic Fir tree Honey (260gr)

We place our beehives to collect honeydew from the fir forests growing at the highest picks in the Alpine landscapes of Peloponnese.
Fir honey is a completely unique product, which has an extremely thick texture, with distinctive flavour and aroma.

Both colour and appearance varies according to the region of the honey’s origin. Fir honey is rich in carbohydrates, organic acids, proteins, amino acids, enzymes and vitamins, and has low moisture content.
