Organic evoo from our family’ s olive groves on a small hill in the region of Ancient Olympia, three km away the Ionian Sea. It is of limited harvest and accompanied with Health Certificate and International Quality and Design Awards. Our evoo is early harvested which allows to seal all the aromas and qualities of the fresh fruit. Olive oil with freshness of herbs, green grass, olive leaves, tomato and artichoke on the nose.

Mature fragrances such as spices, nuts, almonds and ripe fruits appear in the mouth.

Potent notes of pepper and spices continue in the throat leaving us with a persistent spicy feeling and a strong taste of pepper in the end.
